How long do orders take?
Items on this shop are NOT stock and are ordered on demand from the manufacturer. In general orders take up to 15 days from ordering until they are despatched. In the top right hand corner of your invoice is the "Ship by Date". This is the latest date by which your order will be despatched. 

How long does delivery take?
For small orders we use Royal Mail Track 48. For larger orders we use UPS Standard (next working day). You will receive a notification by email that your order has been despatched and further communcation direct from Royal Mail or UPS with delivery information. You can also select "Click and collect" to collect for free from our showroom in Colgate (Junction 10 of the A23). 

Help! I don't know what size to order?
Please use our sizing guide and make sure you measure both your chest and waist. Alternatively, your team manager may have some sample clothing you can try on. If you are placing a bulk order, we may be able to send you samples ahead of placing your order.

How do I customise my kit?
If you are ordering for one person, then for most items you can add squad numbers or initials by simply adding in the space provided. If you are placing a bulk order for a team, then click the "Add Sponsor Logo" button. On the screen that follows you can add multiple sizes, numbering, names and upload a sponsor logo.
